RadiQX Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

RadiQX is a study app for radiography technician exams in India (AIIMS CRE, RRB Paramedical, DSSSB and state exams). It is published by Anasalva («we», «us»). This policy explains what data RadiQX handles, why, and the choices you have.

1. The short version

  • You can use RadiQX without an account.
  • Your answers, scores, flashcards, notes and streaks are stored on your device.
  • If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name, email address and a user identifier from that service.
  • Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card or UPI details.
  • RadiQX has no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. We do not sell your data.

2. Data we handle

Data you do not have to share. Using RadiQX without signing in does not require any personal data.

Study data, stored on your device. Your answers, scores, mock test results, flashcard reviews, notes, streaks, target exam, exam date, daily goal and language (English or Hindi) are saved in the app’s storage on your phone or tablet. They are not sent to our servers.

Account data, if you sign in. Signing in is optional. When you use Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, the sign-in is processed by Google Firebase Authentication. We receive:

  • a unique user identifier;
  • your name, if the service shares it;
  • your email address. With Apple you can choose «Hide My Email», and we then receive a relay address instead.

Purchase data. When you buy RadiQX Plus, the App Store or Google Play processes the payment. The app receives a purchase confirmation so it can unlock Plus. We do not receive your payment details.

Technical data. When the app opens it asks our server whether new questions are available. This request, like any internet request, carries your IP address and basic device information, which our hosting provider may keep in server logs for security and troubleshooting. The app also downloads its text fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it does so.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, health data, or advertising identifiers.

3. How we use data

  • To run the app: save your progress, schedule flashcards and show your results.
  • To let you sign in and keep your account.
  • To unlock and restore RadiQX Plus.
  • To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not build marketing profiles.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data to provide the service you ask for, and on the basis of your consent when you choose to sign in. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the legal bases are performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). In India we process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run RadiQX:

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Some of them may process data outside India.

6. How long we keep data

  • Study data stays on your device until you delete the app.
  • Account data is kept while your account exists and is deleted when you delete your account.
  • Server logs are kept only for a limited time for security purposes.
  • We keep data longer only if the law requires it.

7. Deleting your account and data

  • Account: open Profile in the app and tap «Delete account». This permanently deletes your sign-in account. It cannot be undone.
  • Study data: uninstall the app to remove everything stored on your device.
  • By email: you can also ask us to delete your data at soporte@anasalva.org.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. In India, these include your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to nominate another person to exercise them. To use any of these rights, write to soporte@anasalva.org. We reply within 30 days.

9. Children

RadiQX is intended for people preparing for professional exams, usually 18 or older. If you are under 18, use RadiQX only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and do not sign in without it. If we learn that we hold an account of a child without that consent, we will delete it.

10. Security

Connections to our server use HTTPS. We do not store passwords. Sign-in tokens are handled by Firebase. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect the data we handle.

11. Image credits and external links

The X-ray images in RadiQX come from openly licensed sources and are credited in the app. Links to those sources open external websites that this policy does not cover.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, for example to sync your progress to our servers, we will update this page and tell you in the app before the change applies.
